Sanford High School’s National Honors Society (NHS) is hosting a Toys for Tots collection for the second year, to help bring joy to children in need.
Unwrapped and unopened toys can be dropped off in boxes at the school’s main entrance, or at the admission of the home Boys Varsity Basketball game on Dec. 8 at 7 p.m., and the home Girls Varsity Basketball game on Dec. 12 at 6 p.m.
The donation of a toy will allow free entry to the Dec. 8 game for SHS students. According to Athletic Director Zach Lemelin, students must bring their school ID or infinite campus identification number to confirm.
Donations of new and unopened toys are open to everyone. Help us give these children a merry Christmas!
NHS recently held its annual Induction Ceremony on Monday, Nov. 27.
