The National Honors Society’s Variety Show is taking place on April 3 in the Sanford Performing Arts Center. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. It will be $3 for student entry and $5 for adults.
“The Variety Show is the chance for Sanford students to display their talents to the community. For NHS, the Variety Show gives members the opportunity to hold a leadership position and take charge within their committees,” said Alexandra Payeur, President of NHS.
Last week several students auditioned for the show.
Vice President Sydney Roux said, “From day one of auditions I’ve only seen a few acts, however, there’s a lot of exciting talent our audience can look forward to.”
Before the actual show, there will be a dress rehearsal on April 2.
Some of last year’s fan-favorite performances included Beckett Barlow’s “Something in the Orange” by Zach Bryan, Mr. Rowe’s rap session, Braeden Landry and Drake Wilson’s interpretation of Man or Muppet, and more.
Raffles and concessions will also be available, so we hope to see you there!
