Over 121 opportunities through the greater community are provided in one place

Members of the Class of 2026 at Sanford High School are invited to apply for the SHS General Scholarships. The SHS General Scholarship application is a form that current seniors at Sanford High School who plan on pursuing further education or training programs are encouraged to fill out. 

This program connects Sanford seniors with over 121 scholarship opportunities within the community based on their eligibility. All applicants are guaranteed to earn some amount of scholarship money, as some scholarships will allow multiple recipients..

Applications are due by April break. To apply, students are encouraged to have prepared a transcript of their high school grades, their GPA, letters of recommendation and a self-statement. 

Seniors are also encouraged to attend Senior Scholarship sessions during Spartan Time to learn more about scholarship opportunities and to receive help applying for the scholarships that are best for them.
