Decision Day May 1 at SHS

Celebrate Halloween with a night full of music and dancing

BY KEIRA KILKENNY, STAFF WRITER

On Saturday, Oct. 29 from 7-10 p.m., a Halloween Costume Dance will be held for students in the Practice Gym. Tickets will be $10 and sold during lunch the week of Oct. 24-28 and at the door the night of the dance.

Costumes are not required but strongly encouraged as long as they are school appropriate. Normal school dress code is applied and students aren’t allowed to wear full face masks. There will also be a prize for the best costume.

The music playlist will be very different from homecoming and will include some fun and spooky and fun songs to dance along to.

Normal school rules apply when inviting students from other schools, and the form to do so can be found in front of the main office at SHS.

The dance is a fundraiser to help 2023 Travel Abroad Students raise money for their trip to Italy in February.
