SANFORD, Maine — The scheduling process for next school year has started at Sanford High School. This past week, the rising sophomores, juniors and seniors had Credit Audits in the Performing Arts Center guided by the School Counseling Department. Everyone was given a copy of their transcript (without this semester’s classes) and they were able to fill in their courses in order to see what remaining classes they need to take.

This week, students will be receiving some more important information about how to schedule, and what classes they should be taking. Juniors will be meeting in the PAC on Thursday, March 6, to start junior meeting scheduling, since their final year and graduation is upon them.

On the March 11, grades 9-11 will be watching videos prepared by School Counselors, while seniors begin reviewing their senior checklists to be prepared for the coming months.

Schedules for the 2025-26 year will be due on Tuesday, March 18. In the week following, counselors will be reviewing and finalizing the schedules.
