The Top 10 graduates and additional student awards announced
On Thursday, May 8, the Sanford Elks Lodge hosted its annual Youth Banquet that honors the high school’s top 50 academically ranked students. The banquet also announced the top 10 graduates and additional student awards.
The Top 10 Graduates for the Class of 2025 were announced, which include:
- Rishi Patel
- Samone Gallagher
- Rowan Winchell
- Elsie Gendron
- Hannah Morgan
- Corinna Vitale
- Tala Soule
- Jennifer Danis
- Daviney Sar
- Ariana Spiller

Additionally, the banquet honored a number of seniors for their many accomplishments over the last few years, which include:
- SHS Student of the Year: Samone Gallagher
- SHS Male Teen of the Year: Connor Rice
- SHS Female Teen of the Year: Tala Soule
The Sanford Regional Technical Center also recognized a male and female student of the year:
Sanford SRTC Male of the Year: Connor Rice (Academy of Business)
Sanford SRTC Female of the Year: Natalie Green (Emergency Medical Services & Firefighting)
Additionally, Brady Adams and Audrey Payeur were awarded Sanford Elks Scholarships.
Congratulations to all seniors as they wrap their final month of high school.
